George has been with the Department since 2000. His focus areas are accounts payable, travel claims, transfers, and deposits.

Elizabeth has been with the Department since 2004. Her focus areas are payroll and accounts payable.

Luis A. Marquez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico in 1992. He is a Certified Public Manager since 1999. He has served in State of Arizona government for twenty years in various capacities. He joined the Department of Veterans’ Services in 2014. Luis manages the Department’s financial strategic goals and oversees the Financial Services Division’s operations.
