Luis A. Marquez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico in 1992. He is a Certified Public Manager since 1999. He has served in State of Arizona government for twenty years in various capacities. He joined the Department of Veterans’ Services in 2014.
