Rebecca F. Villalpando was born in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Sacred Heart Elementary School, and graduated from Trevor G. Browne in 1978.  Commissioner Villalpando joined the U.S. Navy in January 1980.  She attended Radiomen “A” School in San Diego, California; her first duty station was at the Naval Telecommunication Center in Moffett Field, California. She worked as a Radioman in the top secret Telecommunication Center under Admiral May, commander of the Seventh Fleet.

Joan McDermott

Joan McDermott was born in Wisconsin and grew up on a dairy farm.  Joan attended Walther Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Chicago and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Washburn University in Topeka.  Joan was commissioned as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps in 1967; she served two tours of duty in Vietnam and was assigned to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Chris Gibbs

Captain Chris Gibbs retired after 23 years in the Air Force in 1996. His active duty career included several major Air Force weapon systems: Minuteman ICBMs (Electronics Technician), C-5 Instrumentation Systems (Avionics Technician), B-1B Test Team (Defensive Systems Engineer), and GPS Satellite Control (Satellite Engineering Officer for operations and analysis). He served in SAC, MAC, USAFE, AFOTEC, and Space Command.

Born in Glendale, CA during 1948.Graduated from Paradise HS, Paradise, CA.Attended Yuba Jr. College, Marysville, CA.Enlisted in the USMC 1967 at MCRD, San Diego, CA.Served in DaNang, So. Vietnam from Jan. 1968 to March 1970 at III MAF, H & S Co., Security/Club System.Retired in 1989 at 29 Palms, CA. as a Gunny Sergeant.Lived in Kingman for 20 years working as a Security Officer for 15 years at the Flamingo Resort & Casino in Laughlin, NV.Gene has spent many hours as a volunteer in numerous Veteran Service Organizations, and Abate of AZ.

Michael Noble

Michael "Mike" Noble is a Marine Vietnam combat veteran.  He retired as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Wells Fargo Services Company in 2005.  He is the Commandant of the Verde Valley Marine Corps League Detachment #1176, Paymaster for the Department of Arizona Marine Corps League, and a member of the Military Order of the Devil Dogs.  He is active with Marines Assisting Marines and Toys for Tots.  He is a life time member in the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Marine Corps League.  He lives with his wife of 54 years on a small ranch outside of Camp Verde

Edward Logan

Edward "Ed" C. Logan came to Tempe, Arizona from New York City in 1958 to attend Arizona State University (ASU), graduating in 1962. He entered the US Air Force from ASU’s AFROTC, retiring in 1982 as a Lt. Colonel. He went on to serve as an executive in government agencies at the Federal, State, and County level in California and Arizona.

Kirk Loving

Major Kirk Loving retired from the Army in 2008 after 20 years on active duty. He began his career as an interrogator at Ft. Bragg, deploying to Operation Desert Shield/Storm. He served as an Artillery platoon leader at Ft. Sill, and during 6 years in Germany was assigned as an infantry battalion intelligence officer and company commander in the 1st Infantry Division with deployments to Macedonia and Kosovo. He also served as a Foreign Area Officer in the POW/MIA office in Moscow. Assigned to Ft.
