ASVH-Flagstaff scheduled to open Fall 2024

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz.- The Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services (ADVS) is pleased to announce plans to open the Arizona State Veteran Home in Flagstaff (ASVH-Flagstaff) in the fall of 2024.

ADVS officials have released the following statement concerning the progress of the opening:

The Arizona State Veteran Home in Flagstaff is scheduled to open its doors to our first residents in October. After some setbacks that originally delayed the opening, the Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services is pleased to announce that all repairs to the facility are complete and we are finishing up remaining cosmetic work with dry wall patching, painting and cleaning.

In addition, the department has already begun the interview process for a new Flagstaff Administrator and additional key positions such as the Director of Nursing, Office Manager, Social Worker and HR Professional are expected to be posted in the coming weeks.
