Andrew Meshel (Andy) is co-founder and a Managing Partner of RPM Law, PLLC in Tucson, Arizona. Andy leads and manages a team of legal professionals in representing clients in need of assistance in a variety of practice areas; he also serves as a pro bono Best Interests Attorney, Court-Appointed Advisor and Judge Pro Tempore in Pima County Superior Court. Andy is a graduate of the State Bar of Arizona’s Bar Leadership Institute and was one of 15 inaugural Law Fellows for Yale Law School’s collaborative ethics concentration program, The Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE).

In addition to his current legal pursuits, Andy currently serves on the Fox Tucson Theatre Foundation Board of Directors pursuing the mission of enlivening Tucson, fostering community growth and connections by shaping exceptional, live arts experiences in a celebrated and historic setting. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Southern Arizona Justice for Veterans (SAJV) supporting the mission of the Regional Municipalities Veterans Treatment Court (RMVTC) to help Veterans avoid the stigma of criminal conviction.

A native Arizonan and combat Veteran, Andy comes to the Arizona Veterans’ Service Advisory Commission bringing the experience of 24-year military career comprising 15 years on Active Duty as a Naval Aviator and another 9 years of service as a Reservist in the Air Force Reserve flying Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR). Andy finished out his military service as Commander of the 305th Rescue Squadron (305 RQS) aboard Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson.
