Effective August 25, 2004, Laws 2004, Chapter 306, extends the vehicle license tax (VLT) and registration fee exemptions currently provided to 100% disabled veterans, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-5802, to include the surviving spouse until the spouse's remarriage or death.
